Hey Choir!!!
I know that practice wasn't that good today,but never mind!!!
We must persevere!!!
and make Miss Yee proud!
The assistant conductor will be coming on Thursday.
Just try harder the next practice :)
I can see the sec 3s are trying hard to keep us quiet and stuff,
so we might want to try to co-operate with them and keep quiet.
I'm proud of the sec ones for trying,and your patience and perseverance.
Continue your good spirit!!!
Everyone,please don't feel unimportant in the choir.
Every single one of you is important.
So I hope to see more of you singing loudly instead of hiding behind each other and waiting for one another to sing.
Be your own leader and don't depend on others.
Many of you are not opening your mouth,and some of you are not singing.
Listen to your leaders because they will give us the instructions.
If you're not sure about anything,please don't hesitate to ask.
Try not to make the sec 3s shout at us,it's not their fault that they want to be fierce or assertive with us,or sometimes even confiscate our things or shout at us.
They are not trying to be unreasonable,but I'm sure all of you can see that they are having a hard time controlling the choir,so next time please keep your volume down,and listen carefully for instructions.
One day all of us are going to be sec 3s,so we must understand how they feel and it's not easy being a leader,they might feel nervous facing the choir and giving instructions,so please give them a chance,and listen to them.
I hope the sec 1s and 2s will contribute more and work harder.
We're in choir to sing,not to slack,so I hope all of you can co-operate.
Attendance is very important,I need all of you to turn up every practice.
Each and every one of you is important,remember,none of you is insignificant in the choir.
I know some of you dread choir practices and complain that there is choir practice or even complaining that our choir is bad,but the more bad it is,don't you think we should come for practice and work even harder?
It is clear that some of you really dislike choir practices,maybe some of you are forced to join or some of you don't see the purposes of practices.
But these practices are important,we are building up our standard every practices and it is essential that you turn up and sing.
Maybe some of you don't see the point in contributing,but just be patient and you will see what I mean. You will learn to love choir gradually.
We are still growing as a choir and we have a lot of room for improvement.
As long as we are WILLING,we will have no limits,there will be no boundaries.
I hope everyone is willing to go the extra mile.
So please don't feel that YOU are an insignificant being in the choir and not sing,please sing. Please contribute as YOU are important. every single one of you.
But is choir really that bad? Think of it. It isn't that bad,don't hate choir.
In the end,you won't regret joining,and in the end,you will have to lead too.
So please be devoted to choir.
For the sec 1s,please don't feel unimportant or unwanted.
and please please please,don't be scared of the seniors!!!
Please feel free to approach them to ask questions or make some interaction :)
don't feel lonely in choir and please open up if you don't have friends in choir!
you can come and talk to me for a start :), don't be shy.
I don't want anyone to be left out in choir,please try to gather a group of friends so that all of you can learn better together and have fun at the same time :)
don't feel that choir is useless or bad,we can improve together,as long as everyone is willing to work hard alright?

The sec 3s are doing a good job but don't stress them out either.
